Denver Broncos Training Facility – Dove Valley

Since 1990, Terracare Associates has maintained the 2.5 acres of manicured grounds that surround the Denver Broncos’ administrative building and practice fields. In addition, Terracare Associates was instrumental in the installation of two high-end sand based fields and one synthetic turf field.
Landscape management services include lawn and grounds service, tree and shrub care, fertilization, chemical control and snow removal.
Ball Packaging Corporation

Ball Packaging Corporation has been successfully working with Terracare Associates to manage their landscapes at their Westminster and Golden locations. Responsibilities include seasonal flowers, landscape restoration, tree replacement and snow removal along with regular turf, tree and planting bed maintenance.
The relationship has extended to the Aluminum Container facility that is currently undergoing an extensive renovation including new planters, trees and shrubs as well as the installation of new rock mulch throughout.
Miller Coors

Project Biography
Since 2004 Terracare Associates along with CH2MHill and Miller Coors have maintained the historic brewing facility in Golden, Colorado. Along with the regular maintenance for trees and landscape beds around the industrial building, Terracare Associates also cares for the historic Coors family homes and estates within the property.
Services include seasonal flowers, irrigation maintenance, landscape revitalization, large tree services, winter landscape designs and snow removal.
Jeppesen Headquarters
Englewood, Colorado
Jeppesen has entrusted Terracare Associates with the landscape management of both of their campuses. When there was a problem with flooding at the Centennial facility, Terracare Associates assisted with creating new landscaping for the majority of their property. The new design allowed focus on proper drainage for future storms and ensured the clients would not encounter the same inconvenience again. Other services provided are annual flowers, turf revitalization as well as an extensive irrigation management plan and snow removal.
City of Brentwood

Terracare provides management services for a total of 60 parks in the City of Brentwood, CA. including Veterans Park which encompasses seven acres of mostly turf and play areas. We provide full landscape services to Veterans Park, which includes trimming memorial roses dedicated to the local veterans.

Terracare Associates provides services for many business parks throughout the Bay Area. Napa Airport Centre has been a satisfied client for several years. We care for large hardscape areas, greenbelts, monument signs, flower and shrub areas as well as ground cover beds. Throughout that time, we have redesigned and installed new landscaping in over 75% of the planting beds.

Terracare Associates provides full service landscape management to 13 Mechanics Bank with locations throughout the East Bay, including their headquarters in Richmond.
We provide services such as turf mowing, ground cover and shrub maintenance, irrigation management and repair as well as annual flower design and installation. We have also provided design and construction services for renovation projects on all of their properties.
